ClimaX is one of the most powerful MC's to come out of this generation. His booming vocals mixed in with flavorful hip-hop beats are a refreshing reminder of what music and self-expression are all about. A recent college graduate and Brooklyn native, ClimaX is never scared to touch on controversial subjects such as politics, pop culture or even his own faults. With a solid physique and charismatic flow, ClimaX can easily draw comparison to a young LL Cool J with his ability to portray that “bad boy image” yet still be able to connect with his female audience. With songs like “As Days Go By” it’s easy to see ClimaX has a good heart and isn’t afraid to show a softer, more comical side. But before you can blink, hardcore tracks like “Still Hot?” are an immediate reminder of the raw attitude this young man gives off through his powerful flow.  Starting out at age 15 and now 24 years old , he has seamlessly grown into his own skin and sounds comfortable embarking into his own type of sound. For his next project, ClimaX has chosen to go back to the basics by creating a new 5 track EP for 2010, which will be his first release since his critically acclaimed studio album "A World Full of Mannequins", which was heavily distributed throughout the United States through his own independent label “Dope Rush Records”. This MC is shining light on a borough and city that has failed to make a genuine impact on the rap community in a long time. He left us with these words "People think that in order to save hip-hop and rap music we need to go back to the way things were in the 80's and 90's, when really... this type of thinking is totally wrong. What we really need to do is evolve and create something new rather than remixing the past. We are living in a different world than we were 10-15 years ago, It's time our music reflects those changes and progresses with the time."
